Where are you located?
We are located at 210 Salem Rd, Havana, on the way to Havana, but not in the town of Havana.
What do players wear?
We recommend long sleeve shirts, long pants, shoes with good tread, no flip flops, Crocs, or open-toe shoes.
Does the paint wash out? Will it stain?
The paint is water-soluble, we do recommend washing fairly soon after play is complete. If you let it sit for days and or weeks, we can not promise it will come out of clothes completely.
Do the airsoft bb’s hurt?
They could, anything going at that velocity can hurt, but most times they sting.
What is the difference between 50Cal and 68Cal? Which would be best for my group?
The difference between the calibers is basically size. The 50Cal is smaller, which results in a slower-moving paintball. Slower-moving paintballs usually cause less force upon impact, which results in less stinging/pain when hit. They are classed as low-impact paintballs. As to which is best for your group, that is a decision based on a bunch of variables that only you know best. Feel free to reach out to us to help guide your decision.
Can we bring and use the paintballs we bought somewhere else (not from TPS) and use them to play?
No, we are a field only paint- only paintballs bought here can be used here. Random hopper checks will be conducted throughout the day, paint not bought here will be dumped out.
Can we bring the airsoft bb’s with us that we bought elsewhere?
No, we are a field bb only field. We must verify we are using biodegradable bb’s and the only way to do that is to shoot what we supply.
Do you offer open-play paintball?
Yes, we have open play, walk-on player paintball Saturdays and Sundays starting at 9:30 and continuing until close. We are a field only paint- this means only paint bought here can be used to play here. There are different grades of paint out there, and a lot of them will stain or damage our bunkers/structures. There will be random hopper checks throughout the day- paint not from our field will be dumped out.
Do you offer open-play airsoft?
Occasionally we offer open-play Airsoft. Please watch our Facebook Page for open Airsoft days. If you like an Airsoft party, please look into purchasing an Airsoft Party Package.
I’m not sure how many people are going to come out, which package do I pick?
People are unpredictable, life happens, we recommend purchasing the lower-player package- if you have invited 10 people, buy the 6-player package. We do NOT give refunds on “no-show” players. We can always add players on the day of play, but we can not subtract players.
Are there party areas or tables?
We have numerous covered picnic tables available for your party.
Speaking of parties, when is the best time to feed the guests?
We recommend waiting until active paintball play is finished to feed your guests. Paintball is a physical activity, freshly fed kids tend to not stay fed long after they start playing. Once oral evacuation starts, everyone will not be feeling 100% after that.
Some parents are going to stay and watch- can we have alcohol while watching since we aren’t going to play?
No- there is no alcohol allowed on the property at all. Doesn’t matter player or spectator, we will ask you to leave immediately.

Our reservation time slot is 2 hours- what time do we arrive?
Your 2-hour time slot is 2 hours of playtime. We highly recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled playtime to fill out missing paperwork, settle up for extra players, for passing out the equipment, do rules briefing (mandatory), and answer players’ questions. For example- if your booking time is from 1 pm to 3 pm- Please arrive at 12:30 so your group is ready to hit the field at 1 pm.
What is your refund, and rain policy?
For all airsoft or paintball packages- No credit is given once play is started. If you cannot play due to the weather, we will re-book your appointment. We do not give refunds due to weather. Weather determinations will be decided by management no sooner than 24 hours from your play date and time scheduled. Please do not contact us less than 24 hours from the booked time and ask us to rebook due to the weather. We only rebook the group for a different time and day and time.
Once booked there are no refunds on large (21 players or more) group packages.
Refund Policy For all Prepaid Groups 12 players and under; You have up to 7 days before your original scheduled play day to cancel for a 85% refund ( if you rescheduled your original date, then cancel on the rescheduled date there will be no refund ). The 15% fee is for administration costs (cc processing fees). There are NO REFUNDS given for cancellations within 7 days of your booked reservation. There is no charge to rebook for rainy days. There is a $45 charge to rebook your reservation for any other reason besides rain. You cannot rebook a reservation within 7 days of your original booking. Absolutely NO REFUNDS within 7 days of your scheduled play or no shows at booking time. Please understand, once booked- employees are scheduled- if you can’t make it on your scheduled date and time, they are still going to be there and need to get paid their wage and we do not have the opportunity to resell that spot. All Parties that have to rebook has 6 months from 1st scheduled date to rebook, after that the party is forfeited with no exceptions.
Rain day rebooking can only be rebooked on the Tuesday before the coming weekend between 3pm and 6pm for only available times!
Rebooking all parties. There is no charge to rebook for rainy days. There is a $45 charge to rebook your reservation for any other reason besides rain. You cannot rebook a reservation within 7 days of your original booking. All Parties that have to rebook has 6 months from 1st scheduled date to rebook, after that the party is forfeited with no exceptions. ALL REBOOKINGS MUST BE DONE IN WRITTING!! Rebooking muat be done in writting by email to tallahasseepaintballsports@gmail.com or tpspaintballeservations@gmail.com. It must contain name, phone number, original date scheduled and new rebooking date. All rebooking must be approved by management before request.
