Be on the lookout for your confirmation email sent to the email address used during check out. Be sure to check the SPAM folder as they tend to get directed there. If you have not received it in a day or so, please contact us.
All participants playing will need to arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late players CAN NOT be added once the rules briefing has started. Either THE WHOLE PARTY waits OUTSIDE under adult supervision for the late arrivals (the party will still end at the scheduled time) or start on time and they miss out. IE- reserved start time 2pm- arrive 1:30pm to 1:40pm ending at 4pm. Waited for late arrivals – start time 2:30 pm still ending at 4 pm. Again, late participants can not join the group once the rules briefing has started.
Worth repeating- **Please arrive at 210 Salem Rd Havana 32333, at least 20 minutes before your booking time to complete the check-in process – which includes – settling up for additional players or services, turning in signed waiver forms, rules briefing, and equipment handout. ** Private group playtime is for 2 hours from the scheduled start time.
